BALLROOM

The Ballroom can host a banquet or dinner setting for up to 320* guests.
It can accommodate theater style (chairs only) seating for up to 500.*
It can also accommodate classroom style (tables & chairs) seating for up to 150* depending on table availability.

*Capacity is dependent on event requirements such as the amount of staging, the size of any serving area, or the size of the dance floor.

Please note: there are no shorter or alternative timeframes other than what is listed here, with no exceptions.

WE PROVIDE:

  • Furniture 
    • We have more tables and chairs than you could use in the space, 
  • The initial set up and takedown of requested library furniture
    • The tables, chairs, stage, etc.
  • The use of the kitchen 
    • Our spacious kitchen includes a large warming oven, two large refrigerator cabinets, one freezer, an ice machine, and multiple sinks.
  • All available audiovisual equipment at no additional cost
    • Includes speakers, microphones, a projector, and a screen.
  • Access to the Brimhall Room, at no additional cost
    • This is one of our large meeting rooms.

Please contact the Events and Scheduling office to speak with an event coordinator about room reservations or questions regarding rentals.

YOU PROVIDE:

  • Services for decorations, linens, or catering.
    • There are no additional fees or restrictions for using third-party services.
  • Midday switchovers of room furniture. 
    • For example, we will not move furniture from a theater setting to a dinner setting.
  • Specialized heating equipment. 
    • There is NO cooking in our facilities. Our kitchen is not outfitted with the necessary ventilation and appliances to cook food on the premises.

SALÓN DE BAILE

El salón de baile puede acomodar un banquete o cena para 320* personas.
Puede acomodar el estilo teatro (sólamente las sillas) para 500* personas.
Dependiendo en la disponibilidad de mesas también puede acomodar el estilo salón de clase (mesas y sillas) para 150* personas.

*La capacidad del evento está pendiente en los requisitos del escenario, el tamaño del área de servicio o de la pista de baile.

    • Nuestra cocina espaciosa tiene un horno grande para calentar, dos gabinetes de refrigeradoras grandes, un congelador, una máquina de hielo y muchas pilas.
  • Todo el equipaje audiovisual disponible sin costo adicional
    • Incluye altavoces, micrófonos, un proyector y una pantalla.
