Approximately 2 ½ miles up Provo Canyon (Hwy 189) on the right side.
Look for Bridal Veil Falls signs for when to exit highway.
Getting to Provo Canyon: Both 800 North in Orem (heading east) and University Ave in Provo (heading north) merge into Hwy 189 (Provo Canyon).

Route 1: I-15 Exit 284 east on Hwy 92 which goes straight to the canyon.
Route 2: I-15 Exit 275 east. Follow the road as it curves right and becomes Center Street. Turn left 100 East (UT-146) and follow it to American Fork Canyon.

Route 1: From American Fork Canyon (Hwy 92) follow the Alpine Loop to Provo Canyon (Hwy 182).
Route 2: From Provo Canyon (Hwy 182) take the Hwy 92 exit and follow the Alpine Loop to American Fork Canyon.

Route: From American Fork Canyon (Hwy 92) take Forest Road 114 to Cascade Springs.

Route: I-15 Exit 250 (Payson Main Street). Turn left onto Payson Main Street (UT-77). Travel south until Main Street intersects with 100 North (UT-198). Turn left and travel east to 600 East, then turn right on 600 East. Continue south to the entrance of Payson Canyon and the beginning of the Nebo Loop Scenic Byway.
Utah Valley Visitors Center Guide
Route: From 800 North in Orem or University Ave in Provo, follow the road to Hwy 189 which ends in Heber City.
Follow 200 South, Pleasant Grove, to the Kiwanis Park. The trail starts in the parking lot.
Accessed at the parking lot at Big Springs Park. Take South Fork Road in Provo Canyon (Hwy 189) to Big Springs Park
The Bonneville Shoreline Trail is a state-wide trail system that is designed to run the length of the foothills of the Wasatch Front from Nephi to Cache Valley. There are several points of access in Utah County for this trail.
The Cascade Saddle Trailhead is the same as the Big Springs Trailhead. The two trails are accessed at the upper parking lot of Big Springs Park, and they split after crossing a footbridge.
From American Fork Canyon (Hwy 92) take Forest Road 114 to Cascade Springs.
Take 2000 North to Dry Canyon Drive, Orem, which turns into a dirt road. Park at the mouth of the canyon.
Trail begins at the end of Grove Drive, Alpine.
Starts at 350 North Geneva Road (2050 West), Provo.
3000 miles of trails from Canada to Mexico. There are several points of access in Utah County for this trail.
The trail starts in the parking lot at the end of Grove Creek Drive, Pleasant Grove.
The 3.7 mile-long Lakeview Parkway and Trail that runs parallel to the road on its south side stretches from I-15 to the Provo Municipal Airport and has access points at 1860 South (via the walkway that crosses at I-15 from the East Bay Technology Park), 500 West, 1100 West, and 3110 West near the airport.
Aspen Grove Trailhead: From the North Fork of Provo Canyon (Hwy 189) past Sundance. The trailhead starts in the parking lot just past the Ranger Fee station.
Timpooneke Trailhead: South Fork of American Fork Canyon (Hwy 92) to Timpooneke Campground.
The Provo River Parkway Trail is a nine-mile section of trail that begins at Utah Lake State Park and winds along the Provo River for five miles and then along University Avenue to the mouth of Provo Canyon (Hwy 189).
The trail starts in the parking lot at 2300 North 1450 East, Provo.
Aspen Grove Trailhead: Take the North Fork of Provo Canyon (Hwy 189) past Sundance. The trailhead starts in the parking lot just after the Ranger Fee station.
Sundance Trailhead: There is also another trailhead starting in the Sundance Resort parking lot.
American Fork Canyon (Hwy 92) Take the North Fork to Tibble Creek Reservoir. The trail begins on the mountain side across the reservoir. The trails goes to the summit of the Alpine Loop road.
Take the South Fork of American Fork Canyon (Hwy 92) to Timpooneke Campground.
Drive towards the mountains (east) on 820 North, Provo. Turn right when you get to Terrace Drive (the last right you can take) and that road will take you up to the Y Mountain trailhead parking lot.
