Grab your materials and create charming hand-sewn pouches for Valentine's Day.

Create hand-sewn pouches to give that extra special touch to your Valentine's gifts. This craft-along is appropriate for all ages that are capable of safely using scissors and doing basic hand sewing. We will follow Courtney Cerruti's tutorial for Stamped and Sewn Valentine's Pouches, available free on CreativeBug. 

Required materials: 

  • 9 ½” x 11” felt sheets in cream, pink or red (you will get two pouches from one sheet)
  • Scissors
  • Staz-On permanent stamp ink
  • Rubber stamps (Courtney uses alphabet and heart stamps)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Embroidery floss or thin yarn
